Lets us introduce ourselves
The organization has been supporting young people in Bulgaria for 11 years. One of our main goals is to develop, implement and support innovative models, mechanisms and formats for lifelong learning and to support people of different ages in the context of their civic education and awareness, personal and professional development, realization and promotion of their participation in social processes and socio-economic life in Bulgaria and the European context. A priority in our work are people in social exclusion, with limited opportunities or difficulties of a different nature, which hinder their personal and professional development in socio-economic life and their opportunities for full access to information and services. We pay special attention to educational initiatives and activities that provoke and support the personal motivation of young people to change their attitude towards their own opportunities and chances for full realization and to increase their confidence and their own abilities. The team also specialized in the development of educational tools based on interactive methods and techniques for independent and informal learning, developed authorized materials, focusing on personal development and career guidance/counseling.
As the lead applicant in the “Tools for Better Learning” (TOBE) project, Public Compass Association from Bulgaria oversees project coordination, content development, platform design, and community outreach. We ensure that all project activities align with goals and timelines, maintaining communication among partners and reporting progress to stakeholders.
